Amazon Product Management - Interview Process and Questions

Disclaimer: I'm not currently working or have ever worked at Amazon. The closest I have got is to appear for F2F interview process which happens over a day. I have few friends who are working for Amazon India and US.

Amazon PM interview process starts with a telephonic call. If the person is impressed he would pass on the feedback to HR and you would be invited for a day long interview process.

The bad thing about it is that it is a day long process, which is tiring but the good thing is that it quite structured and can be cracked if you know the process and how to prepare. And I'm here to help you out.

Agile Product Ownership in a Nutshell

The informative and easy to understand definition of Product Owner.

Though Product Managers don't always work also as Product Owners, but PMs should definitely be aware of Scrum processes in software world. Above video is short, crisp and to the point. To get into the details you can read few books or do few courses. I recommend you to watch this video and add as bookmark for later revisions.

I'm passionate about Product Management. In my quest to become a better PM, I constantly try and expose myself with new things. It may be in the form of Books, Blogs, Videos or Courses. I have realized that PM is one of the roles where you have learn in and out of work and experiment.
I have completed the course, and I have really liked it. I highly recommend doing this course. This is helpful to entry, mid and even senior level product managers. It describes the tools you need, processes you should follow. Instructor "Keela Robison" , herself comes from product background and has successfully worked in sever start-ups earlier. Course is easy to follow and understand. Only thing missing as of now is - Project. Working hands on project is the second best possible things after implementing it during work. Expect this course to make your familiar with the process, but not something like - how to write specs, or do ui/ux etc. I feel this course would be useful for interviews as well.
